First time posting here, didn't even know 4chan had a fitness board, I usually just get on pol and v. Anyway I've been doing the spartan kettlebell workout twice a week for about 4 years. It was really fucking hard at first, so hard I almost quit, but I'm glad I stuck it out. I get asked what gym I go to constantly and whenever I say, "I don't I just watch a movie and workout with a kettlebell" I get fucking ridiculed. I have been to a gym once for a tour 4 years ago and it was fucking retarded. Convo went like this after the 15 minute tour ended.

At that point i just get up and walk out. Anyway why would I need to go to a gym when the spartan workout is hard as fuck whenever I buy heavier weights, are all gyms this faggoty? Why do people laugh at fucking kettle bells? Should I try going to a new gym or should I just keep doing the spartan workout. Also where does fitness stop? Do you set some arbitrary goal for yourself or do you just maintain your physique?

So the typical whey protein (like ON) is milk based. It absolutely kills my stomach, lot of pain. Do you guys recommend a whey that is perhaps vegan /vegetable based?

They have protein supplements based off of pretty much every other protein source available.

You can get beef, chicken, pork, vegetable, whatever. It's all more expensive and feels like a meme. But literally just Google "non whey protein supplements" and you'll get a fuck ton of different kinds.

Do chinup/pullups work the same muscles as rows? or is it different, and i should do both?

They work the same muscles, yes, but how much each is activated varies. You should absolutely do both. Superset chinups with ohp and rows with bench.

Horizontal rowing can work rear delts, rhomboid, and lats as opposed to vertical rowing which works almost entirely lats. You should have both at a 1:1 ratio in your routine.

Been working out for about 2 years. First year was pretty much all bodyweight, built some good strength but little muscle.
Second year was all weights. Basically only to where the picture is except slightly bigger in arms and shoulders.

I've read Harsh's Worksheet back to front and it seems to confirm I'm not doing anything wrong. What gives, /fit/? Am I cursed?

Average day would look something like this:
Breakfast:
2 Cod Liver Oil Tablets
Heaped bowl of Bran flakes with honey and milk
Pot of greek yogurt
Green Tea

Lunch:
Large bowl Noodles
Pint of milk
Beef jerky or tuna rice balls

Dinner:
Chicken (Avg. 2 breasts)
Potatoes or heaped rice with it
Usually a little treat for desert, chocolate bar or small portion of ice cream.

Sugar free coco made with milk before bed.

Usually have green tea with honey in before a workout, and half a pint of milk after a workout.
