what are the 1/2/3/4 equivalents for cardio?

I don't know what distances are the ones you should look out for in cycling/running/swimming or what times you should be hitting in these to be one step above a novice

They don't teach a noob anything....nothing.

I came here as a noob to learn about fitness, about weight lifting.

Instead I found nothing but "bro science" and bad advice.

People using bad form in their lift, bad nutritional advice like "MUH STARVATION AND WATER ONLY DIET", nothing about Body Fat % or Body Mass Index, NOTHING about NOTHING.

To any noobs that want to learn about WEIGHT Training the right way, read "Weight Training for Dummies".

Seriously. The worst thing for newbies is the advice here, in the sticky, in the books, and in the magazines. A beginner doesn't need to learn anything other than consistency and discipline.

How many days per week can I work my butt directly & still gain mass? Is it like forearms & calves where I can work it 4-6 days a week and still see growth?

And I don't mean just squats(but yes squats)

I mean lunges and also those weighted barbell hip thrusts. Those fuckers kill but I've seen incredible growth doing them twice a week on leg day. Really wanna up the volume but not sure if that's counterproductive

How does one train strong grip. When I did deadlifts with a reverse grip I could do 3 plates for reps. Now I can only do 275 with hook grip.
How do I train my grip because the bar just slips put of my hands?
Also I train until my calluses hurt, and sometimes the pain is unbearable.

Ok but for real now. I will use chalk but what about gloves. I heard using gloves too much is bad for you. Do you have a my exercises which you proved work on yourself with forearm strength. Should I just hold heavy dumbells for a minute or so. Will it help?

Just loaded my hiking ruck with plates, 20 kg in total, and went for a 6 km walk, completed in 50 minutes. Didn't feel bad at all. Any experienced ruckers here?

Is rucking good training and in what way?
Is running with a heavy ruck advisable or will it just ruin my joints and back?
How many times a week?
How many hours per day?
Should I get an expensive weighted west and GoRuck ProRuck 2000 or is a hiking ruck filled with barbell plates enough?
As the time goes, should I try to increase the weight, the length and duration or try to run?

Just throwing out all these questions that came into my mind. All experiences, tips, advises and recommendations are appreciated.

I basically do this every day for my job as a mailman. I cover at least 10 miles a day. My bag weighs about 10kg when full.

My only advice is make sure your footwear is good because it is miserable if your legs are in pain due to bad shoes.
I wear dr martens boots and they are brilliant once you have them worn in, and look badass to boot heheheh

Back in the day, the standard was 80 lb ruck for 12 miles in 3 hours. A real gut check for sure. For a workout, I probably would work up to that weight, but only do 3 or 4 miles, a few times a week.
