Firstly, how and why the fuck do you do this?
Step 1: Find utility closet where linens are kept, get towel, wrap around waist. Failing that, knock on doors until someone answers, stand off to the side, ask them for a towel because I locked myself out of my room neked like a retard, laugh about situation with them.
Step 2 : Confidently walk down to reception in towel or ask first staff member I see to open my room, laugh about retarded situation with them, ask what other weird shit they've seen.
Step 3: Tip staff well.

I just began going to the gym recently and it's helped a lot with not feeling like shit all the time. Sometimes eating is the only thing that feels good, combine that with not going out or having friends and you can rapidly put on the pounds.

Legit question about exercising abs.
I just recently did a workout that added alot of work to my lower and down by my hips and I am still sore 5 days later. It's almost as of I had never worked these muscles out before. Which I haven't. My question is that if I'm still sore should I power through it and do the workout anyway. Or should I still give more recovery time and move on to my next targeted area?

Don't skip a workout because your muscles are sore. If your joints hurt you need to be cautious, but if it's just DOMS then don't worry
