Legit question about exercising abs.
I just recently did a workout that added alot of work to my lower and down by my hips and I am still sore 5 days later. It's almost as of I had never worked these muscles out before. Which I haven't. My question is that if I'm still sore should I power through it and do the workout anyway. Or should I still give more recovery time and move on to my next targeted area?

Don't skip a workout because your muscles are sore. If your joints hurt you need to be cautious, but if it's just DOMS then don't worry
