Are slight tweaks in a fast's time schedule going to fuck me up? I usually eat from 12 to 8 but I'm going on a 2hr drive today at 10AM so I need to eat something beforehand. The last food I ate yesterday was at like 4PM. Will it be fine if I have some food around 10AM and just hop back to 12-8 tomorrow?

19yo here, from 18 to 19 I grew from 5'9 to 5'10
If I take a cycle of Test E will it ruin any chance of me growing a little more and instantly close my growth plates? Or does that not always happen?

off topic but I just turned 22 and recently grew 1.5 cm in 2 months and continuing (last growth spurt prior to that was from 15-16). Started lifting at 15 but still have not much beard growth and wisdom teeth just started coming in, might be due to late blooming genetics
So I kinda made a routine for myself and on upper body day I either do 5/3/1 Flat bench press, 3x6-8 weighted chins, dumbbell rows, ohp and incline dumbbell press or 5/3/1 ohp and flat bench as assistance instead with the rest of the exercises remaining as they are.
I just did my first workout like this today and I have to say it was really hard compared to the stuff I was used to before. Should I continue like this or is the volume too much for one day?

Towards the start of the year in march i had a major upset and ended up injuring myself in the gym quite significantly. Whilst doing flat bench press i ended up tearing my left pec which left me with a stage 2 tear needed surgery. Fast foward to now where im no longer 115kg 14% body fat rather 118kg 20+% body fat with a significant amount of my muscle gone as well as strength.
I got back into the gym today only to be left with struggling to do 20kg dumbbell flat bench press when before injury i was able to do 46kg dumbbell flat bench for 14 reps. My eating plan is decent usually consisting of:
- protein bar or shake for breakfast
- 4 pieces of fruit throughout the day usually apples
- Rolled oats with cinnamnon
- Seasoned Chicken breast, steamed vegies and rice for lunch
- If i go to the gym usually a protein shake
- And dinner usually being some form of meat and vegies.
Thing is with this im still not managing to lose weight of which im not even eating a large amount of food.

Novice grill here; been going to the gym every 2nd day for 4.5 weeks and i've seen some serious weight capacity gains thus far. Gone from 35kg to 85kg squats which is above my body weight. Doing 3 sets of 3 bench press at 40kgs now, and doing 85kg dead lifts at 4 sets of 4 now.
But my progress is slowing down and the noob gains are wearing off. What can I do to my routine to start increasing my weight capacity again?

First time lifting in my life. No tangible muscle tone progress yet as it's only been 4.5 weeks, just noticable fat loss and increased weight capacity. Benching I could hardly rep the bar alone and now I can do 3/4 reps with 40kg. Dead lifts i started at 5x5 60kg but now i do 85kg with a max of about 90-92kg for singles. Noob gains in strength, not asthetic.
What are the best accesory / isolation exercises for each muscle?
I'm trying to add some stuff for my routine besides supinated curls, lateral raises, hammer curls, weighted russian twists, face pull.
Are skullcrushers good? or is there a better alternative
I've been doing 3 sets of any of these three exercises after my compounds:
Barbell curls
Reverse grip barbell curls
Skullcrushers
Lateral raises
Back fly
Landmine rows
Landmine scapular shrugs
Front Raises
Forearm roller
I'm happy with my results so far.
