So after read the sticky if i am clear, i have to eat 30g of fats every day if i want to lose weight, i thought i had to eat 0 fats only, so i was wrong ?

>had coffee almost every day and eventually harmed sleep takes its toll
>found 5 reps of 140 kg squats hard today
>realise how pathetic I am and how just doing the programme and good recovery works a million times better than shit recovery and lots of effort in the gym

>move to new city for full time job
>apartment has awkward desk that's too low for the chair
>have office job looking down at laptop
>main hobby is sitting around in public, drinking coffee, browsing internet on phone
>use phone (bent upper body) on commute every day

Been lifting for a couple years, never tried it before. And never had anything like this crazy twitching shoulder before.

Aside from creatine and whey, I have had the same diet, the same routine as always.

until now i only did cardio 2-5 times per year.

What's a good 6 or 7 day routine so I can go to the gym just about every day? Currently doing PPL. Should I just do days like Legs, Chest, Arms, Back, Core, repeat?

PPL or Arnold desu, and I'd keep at least one day off a week to recover. And no as you want to try and hit everything at least twice a week.

You can choose to either do:
PP(LS)PP(LS)[rest] (one week)
or just PP(LS)[rest] (four days) over and over again.
I've found that stepping away from the arbitrariness of weeks helps.
Push. Pull. Legs + Shoulders. Rest. Repeat.
