What's a good 6 or 7 day routine so I can go to the gym just about every day? Currently doing PPL. Should I just do days like Legs, Chest, Arms, Back, Core, repeat?

PPL or Arnold desu, and I'd keep at least one day off a week to recover. And no as you want to try and hit everything at least twice a week.
PP(LS), three consecutive days.
You can choose to either do:
PP(LS)PP(LS)[rest] (one week)
or just PP(LS)[rest] (four days) over and over again.
I've found that stepping away from the arbitrariness of weeks helps.
Push. Pull. Legs + Shoulders. Rest. Repeat.
