How can i differentiate Gynecomastia from manboobs? isn't it just fat for most people?

Isn't it mostly for lack of muscle mass?

What is the best row variation and why is it one-arm twisting cable rows?

There's no other variation I feel all the back muscles from lower back to posterior delts like this one-arm twisting cable rows. Plus, it's a great for abs too, like a dynamic pallof press.

I calorie count but this week my appetite has gone to shit and i couldnt keep up with my daily goal. 7 lbs is a lot to lose in a week, especially when the gain is only one lb a week!! Wtf gives?! Am I dehydrated?

Is it bad to go to the gym and train hard 7 days a week? If you give each muscle group 3-4 days rest before retraining?

I'm going back to college after 1.5 years and have no idea what kind of foods to bring with me

You're talking about lunches?

Cook up a big portion of pasta at the beginning of the week and leave in fridge. On the day portion in meat (cooked chicken/tinned fish are quick and easy) and vegetables (frozen mixed or salad veg for cheapness.) For a sauce you can use mayonnaise or you can cook up a basic pasta sauce at the beginning of the week and again leave in fridge to portion. (Basic = 400g passata/chopped tomatoes, 1tbsp oregano/mixed veg, 1 onion, 2 bulbs garlic - cook latter two in pan for five minues, add rest simmer on a low heat for 20 minutes covered.)

Every morning I have a bowl of

Don't dirty bulk. Perhaps you're eating a lot of fatty and sugary foods that make you sluggish? Your lifts should definitely go up on a caloric surplus though.

key word being minor. I used it for a couple years and then stopped when I finally realized it wasn't doing anything. I think I read somewhere that strength gains average like 2%, which is...nothing.
