What if I can't put up with it? I technically have an exit strategy, it just involves me quitting school and taking an offer for a fulltime job. I think about killing myself or hurting something or someone at least every two days. I often think it's unhealthy but I'm sure I wont act on it so I don't see a reason in getting professional help.
For example:
When I'm outdoors Ill look at a car and wonder what its like to jump in front of it
Ill think about hopping off a really high building
Someone coming out of the bush, robbing me and then stabbing me to death or shooting me in the head.
Sometimes I think about throwing my pets at the wall or snapping their neck.
