What officer rating in the Navy will guarantee good money during and after service? I want the easy way through life. I kinda wanna do Marine Corps since I like pushing myself to the limit but I don't know if it'll make me good money. Advice/experience is appreciated.

"Welcome to /k/, 4chan's weapons board. Our board centers around weapons, armor, and other myriad military technology." Not related to the situation

I'm in the process of joining the Navy now as an officer.
Basic entry pay is like 50k a year.
Which is pretty comfy.
Considering that half your year may have room and board paid for you and even bonuses attached.
Even if you just stay second LT all your life, it's good pay.
You won't likely get Marine Corps officer if you try for it. The bottom line is that the Marines need a lot more grunts than they need knife handers.

They have entire generals dedicated to this /MEG/ or Military Enlistment General and other threads for officer level stuff. This board is slow as molasses and nobody here is going to have the specific information you need.
