Create peer pressure. Don't listen to any of the meme answers here. Tell someone that you need to get something done and tell them to come back and berate you after some time if you didn't get it done. Obviously you can modify this but the sensation of disappointment is really all you need.

Here's a more interesting question: did he really care about her tweeting at him or did he just cause the whole drama to get views and in turn money? And is what he's doing by making drama where there is none any different than what she's doing by making exaggerated or fake stories into videos?

At the end of the day, both of them are just making garbage content and getting paid hand over foot for it. Neither of their videos have any educational or aesthetic content. Neither of them have any real talent. I wouldn't be surprised if they planned this whole thing out together to boost one another's viewership.

In my experience, men have a different sort of workplace drama. If men have problems they usually fight bitch at each other face to face until they reach some kind of conclusion, at least that's what I saw. With women, they'd start a lot more petty shit and generally talk behind people's back, trying to stir up trouble and generate ill will to whoever pissed them off, as well as be really passive aggressive to that person. Here's the worst case I ever saw.

Any issues I had with male co-workers, we said shit at each other then got along great after.
Female ones would only bitch about me behind my back to others, who then let me know what she said.
Was funny to find out that she bitched because she couldn't see me on the floor only to be told by another co-worker that it's because I am actually back and forth working and not slacking off in the back and bitching like she was.
