Can any random faggot swap the R8's engine for a V12 Diesel e.g? Where can that random faggot buy the engine he wants to swap the original with? If the guy can't do it by himself would the shop he bought the engine from install it for him?

Do you race people off every set of lights? Do you always have to be the person in front?
Yes, because:
A.) it's fun to go fast
B.) People here consistently drive ~5 under the speed limit, and it's infuriating sometimes.
C.) it's good shifting practice.
>>15501148
Yeah, cause I need to make a left and I know you're slow ass will be easy to pass, and fuck the other drivers I'm in front
Only if it is a cop.
Hey /o/, I drive a corolla and am having some issues with I believe the transmission .
>I've googled for 30 minutes already
Basically when I try to accelerate it the rpm jumps up quick as hell but the speed doesn't go with it. I'll get to maybe 30 mph then I'll have to manually switch gears. I can get it to 60 mph on 3rd gear but it won't go faster and the gears won't generally shift on their own. I think I guckrd up the transmission by going into neutral while going down hill at a high speed but don't know much about cars... Please help.
>>15501066
Ok, this is a weird issue.
Check the level of your tranny fluid. See if it's low.
See the fluid coupling needs fluid to work, when the engine accelerates half the converter spins but if there's no fluid the rest of the torque converter that goes to the gears is never actually connected.
Gears won't shift unless the engine speed, wheel speed and sometimes tranny speed are good for the ECU.
Try adding maybe 2 quarts of tranny fluid and see if that fixes the problem.
Also any other information would help.
>>15501112
Ok, I will add it in the morning. I'm in a motel in a city full of meth heads and don't want to go to the gas station rn to buy some.
What other info would you like???
>>15501162
Things like, is the car jerky to drive. If you don't add fluid it may be very soon and THEN you have a really big problem and you need to replace bands or clutches.
Also does it shift manually? So can you push the shifter from L to 2 or whatever?
Did you shift back to drive while moving after the hill?
If yes it is very possible you'd damaged the clutch pack that connects the drive input from the engine into the tranny gears. If the fluid is fine, i'd think this is the problem. Come back after doing that.
Are fatasses really the reason automatics are so popular in the US? I just came home from hour and half of 7mph traffic in a manual w/no ac and black leather seats and it just occured to me that a fatass would probably be dead by the time the traffic ended.
Is there any data correlating fatass per capita to percentage of automatic vehicles?
pic unrelated
>>15501037
that's a good looking car.
There are plenty of fat poor people that drive stick too.
culture of a -> b
/o/, why should I NOT buy a 2008 Land Rover Range Rover Sport for 19,000$USD with 42,000 miles on it.
You should if you're a basic white girl
>>15500911
Only if you have another 20k to have it repaired, at around 45 thousand miles.

Whatever happened to Frosty? Is he still lurking or has he gone to jail?
I miss his antics desu senpai
>>15500810
He most likely left, or stopped using his name like 90% of the non-shitposter tripfags
on the same note, hows lpg doing?
>>15500830
LPG hasn't posted any recent stories but he has been in a few threads tonight.
I get the impression he's not going to be a car salesman for much longer, which kinda sucks but I hope he succeeds in his new career.
So if some reckless faggot crashes into me causing my airbags to deploy i then have to deal with a broken bones and even death because some fuckhead didn't pay attention?

Satan, go to bed. You are drunk.

Your car isn't automatically given a salvage title because airbags go off.
Yeah it shows up on carfax. Life isn't fair.
Why can't nascar compete?
>>15500634
It was like a million degrees there today to be fair
>>15500634
the crowd at a nascar race is in constant rotation. there are all kinds of things happening behind the stands for people to do while at the race. its like a redneck county fair.
No Ecoboost
/o/ which is superior a big V6 or a Turbo 4 cylinder?
Depends on what you want out of it and which specific engines you're comparing.
what about a turbocharged v6?
>>15500481
Most turbo 4's can put out more power then a v6 with just a tune.
Test drove a Challenger, along with 2 versions of the Mustang and a Camaro.
All 3 cars had their own appeals, but the Dodge was the cheapest and most comfortable. Would I be making a mistake in buying one of these three as a daily driver?
The challenger is too big imo
Which specs did you compare to say the Dodge is 'cheapest'?
Buying a gimped sports car to drive daily doesn't work well unless you just absolutely love the car itself. Buying a Hellcat Challenger to drive every day is also a bad idea.
>>15500398
it is huge. its like a rolls royce sized car.
Im doing the Class A cdl training with Swift and im unsure as to whether or not they do a urine or hair folical test.
A friend of mine wants to go team trucking with me for Swift but he is unsure if he can pass the drug screening. He recently relapsed on it and only had 1 toke. Before he was clean for about a month
Urine and it's easy to pass most truckers love meth
>>15500352
meth will be out your system within 3 days unless you take a shitload up your ass or ate it or have been a long term user
weed is the fucker of tests
>ex drug abuser
>>15500392
unless they do hair tests in which case your fucked but they only do that in real good paying/ dangerous jobs
06 pathfinder...transmission is slipping and then working randomly (in any gear) replaced 4 qts of fluid and also added some Lucas slip stop. Worked for a few min but started doing it again. No codes or lights. What do?
>>15500333
If it's an auto tranny, someone was mean to the transmission and has worn out some bands and or clutches.
Don't bother working on an automatic yourself, it's EXTREMELY PAINFUL.
Same thing happened to my 2003 corrola.
If it's manual, clutch is worn, can be done yourself if you have some handy skills.
If CVT. It shouldn't be happening at all, unless the band chains are fucked. Take it to Nissan and shell out the 3000 for a new CVT.
>>15500333
Your radiator/trans cooler busted and its sending coolant into your trans
>>15500382
No signs of coolant in the trans fluid. >>15500372
It's an auto. Fluid was blackish and smelled burned. Not too much suspended metal was in the fluid either.
Does anyone on here ride a CRF250X? If so, I have some questions.
- Do you use it for trail and track? If so, what kind of terrain are the trails that you ride, and how is the performance of that bike on those trails?
- Is it at all a forgiving bike? I've been riding an 2001 XR200 and that thing is a tank, I bet I could ride up a tree with the damn thing, lol. I imagine the 250X will have plenty more power but I'm wondering how easy they are to ride.
- How is it on gas?
- Would you say it is geared low or high?
Keep in mind I'm relatively new to dirtbikes, so if any of my questions confuse you, I can clarify.
>>15500251
Have fun with adjusting valves
Honda a shit
>>15500251
Also, when I ride, I ride on very rocky and slippery trails in the mountains.
>>15500251
just get a 350 or 450.
250s are harder to ride fast cause you have to be on the fucking limit all the time.
unless you're a small guy I guess.
