I would make car funland.

>burnout zone
>offroad course with wranglers, nivas, patrols, samurais, land cruisers you name it
>small track for miatas and other low displacement sportscars
>derby zone with donated vehicles

The best part would be that all the cars except for derby ones would be owned by me so people can experience various automotive sport niches without owning 8 different cars. All of them would be second hand though becuase will be eventually trashed anyway.

I would try to keep it afloat with service shop, merch sale, hosting events etc and then when money run out just close the gates, go on a high speed police chase in diesel Fiat and go out in a ball of fire.

That's what I'd do.
