I feel like having a figurine without knowledge of the muscles themselves doesn't really help. I had a statue that didn't make sense till I took anatomy-then it stopped being a weird statue that didn't really apply to my drawings.

keep a sketchbook by the bed, i do it. make some drawing every time a new good idea comes up

When I wake up really inspired I don't browse the internet for that exact reason.

litterally just pick up a pencil or pen and start drawing.... do some study and stuff.

do this every day. it keeps track if you log in it will help you build a routine.
just do it a little every day and it becomes easier and easier to do for longer and longer. also get some books about it to help you learn about how to improve. and check out draw a box
