what you place on the page isn't automatically interesting just for *existing*. You need to compose the imagined 3d space (as a flat image) in an interesting way like a cinematographer would.

Stop placing objects "conveniently" overlap them, things will be obfuscated. Unless you're doing design work then you want clarity.

Posing, you can't have it all, ass, tits, face, crotch. you gotta pick your battles, trying to show *everything* has you flattening your pose.

For inventing dynamic figure posing, just a simple rule of thumb don't place the feet parallel, offset them. upper body and lower body, have them turned offset. On that, people understand vertical symmetry (left/right) but there is such a thing as horizontal symmetry(top/bottom) that can be overlooked. As in... people will gravitate toward left right asymmetry to mix things up, but accidentally make the top and bottom samey without realizing it.

You need to practice the basics. Form and gesture for starters. You are still in the phase of symbol drawing. You draw what your mind thinks something is shaped like as opposed to what you actually see in a reference photo. The sticky is there for a reason, op. Give keys to drawing a glance.

i dont think you understand. You think im a beginner who has not read perspective made easy and perspective handbook. I know how to create backgrounds
but i want a book thats a tutorial/visual library. i want a book thats filled with HUNDREDS of types of city block backgrounds and HUNDREDS of types of park images. You could say i could just google this, but i want them all in pdf form and in drawing form. Guess im just gonna have yo search them myself and compile them. perspective made easy has no background images at all except that bedroom pic. Thats what makes the hogarth books appealing to me, he has hundreds of different drawings in each book and doesnt just rely on textual explanations.
