It kinda depends on what your goals are.

Design
- If this is the same creature in different stages of development (baby,teen,adult), then the teen version does not fit the others. It lacks consistency. You might have done this on purpose (rebellious teen kinda thing), but if this would be for a game, it would cause confusion. it would not be approved by an Art Director.

Things that do not fit: Feet suddenly very small. Tail length shorter than baby. No ruffles on neck. Muzzle suddenly very long. Feathers on head almost all gone (though the spikey look might be nice. It would just need more feathers).

Colour
- Colours are quite nice, but could use a little 'pop'. If it's all just soft pastels, there's nothing to draw the attention. The gem is a bit more saturated, but quite dark. It doesn't stand out very well.
- If the entire body is uniformly beige, it is quite boring to look at. Maybe add some slight variation to the hue and/or saturation.

Drawing
- If you want to go for a more finalized look, polish the line art more.
- When you draw, decide for yourself what is the function of line weight. Do you add it to suggest shading (thicker lines in darker areas, very light areas have very thin or no lines) or to draw attention to key elements (thick lines in areas where the viewer should pay attention to). Now it still looks a bit arbitrary.
- Some parts are not drawn as good as it could be. The uper arm of the adult, the legs of the teen, also the legs of the adult. It's not bad, but the line art should suggest volume and shape, but in these areas it is hard to tell.
- The shading is not always consistent. darker areas are sometimes because of shadows, sometimes not. In some places there is no shadow where I could expect it. Use a slightly different hue to distinguish between dark areas that are shadows and those that are not.
- To create uniform shading, consider doing an ambient occlusion layer.

It's a good Pogeymon design, yeah, but we don't know what else to criticize you about.

I recently got Huion Q11K, and it's great.

warning if anyone gets a huion, i have a huion and while the tablet is good quality the driver issue meme is real, i usually have to replug the entire thing and sometimes restart photoshop if i dont put the pen on the surface for a few minutes, like if i leave my desk or watch something.

i honestly wouldn't recommend it if you're just a cheapshake, it's not worth it.

There's an alternative brand that's come out now, I've seen them at my local art store. I'll swing by and take a picture of them to see what brand they are.

A Note 4 is the best thing on the market if you want something practical and small to do art on the go, I don't really thing something that big would be helpful without a table or something.

I'm interested in this as well. My laptop broke about a year ago and I'm currently using a real shitty and slow 300 dollar notebook. I need a new laptop and I'm eyeing the new surface largely because it's also a drawing tablet. I heard that the previous models were not that good, but for those that have any experience with the new one, is it worth it? My budget is 1g.

But as far as digital goes, ipad pro (2017), hands down. If you get one with a smaller storage, it's not even expensive.

I don't know if something radically changed with surface pro 5/2017 (spoilers: it didn't), but 4 is not a good drawing tablet, and it's fucking expensive if you actually get the specs needed for muh industree stantard (which is frankly shit on a tablet, anyway).

There's some e-reader-type art tablet thing coming out that might be good, but I'm not sure it even has color.
