I am interested in putting ICs together in order to perform certain functions. Lets say I purchases on of these chips, what do I need to program them ?

>>
Given how you've worded this query I'd start with electronics 101
Then once you know the differences between types of ICs come back with an actually answerable question
>>
I have no idea what you're actually attempting to do, but look into microcontrollers like Arduino
>>
Some of those are memory chips and communications components.

from someone who has never used linux would arch be bad choice to start with?

No, in fact it would be extremely useful. Installing it is a trial by fire and after doing so, you will much better understand how your computer works.

sure if you want to waste your time with annoying errors and pacman

Isn't it embarrassing being this far behind? Seriously, even the iPhone 7 has almost double the single core performance of the nearest Android phone. What will it take for them to catch up?

What went so wrong for Intel after this processor? This was legitimately the last good processor that Intel has released. It can still even hang with the 7700k ffs.

Why are computers able to store 100000000000000000000000000 but not pie
?

the smaller the number the less space it takes up, so computers should be able to easily store rational numbers like pie.

You know those dildos on cam sites that vibrate when you tip?
Can you modify the script to vibrate when someone posts on a thread you're watching?

I mostly sit behind my computer with one in my butt anyways, so it would be great to use for notifications.

Wait For Raven Ridge thread

We got some new Geekbenck scores for the RR 2500U.
The 2700U is supposed to be the high end model.
Wht do you guys think? Definitely an improvement over the A12-9800.
Hopefully the Graphics are on par aswell.

It's impressive that the iPhone X beat this laptop processor. Wonder if both architectures can be benchmaeked in the same way.

Implying a quad core Rpi board matches a core2quad. It doesn't matter what A11 cpu can do until it can run x86 based stuff. No comparison.
>>
>>62463610
the irony is that the A12-9800 is a desktop cpu

Does this have any future?
