If I enable QoS in my router and set the priorities of bandwidth (let's say port 1 to highest and wireless to lowest) will it take effect if I don't set values for minimum quantum?

I'm sure everyone learned that Red Yellow and Blue were the 3 "master colors" that were said to make any color imagineable. At least that was the case in middle school art class. So, how did we end up replacing Yellow with Green and completely changing the universal standard?

I don't really understand the question to be honest.
A turntable wouldn't be any use without spending tons of money on albums.
A DAC wouldn't be any use without some other source to connect to it, so it's not even really a source in itself. And if using my computer as a source, I feel no need for another DAC because the built-in one sounds fine to me.
