In a bit of a delema: IOS or Android development?

I have been programming for around 2 years, i know both Java and Swift (Though i know Java better)

I have a Macbook so i could do both, i am just not sure which to choose.

I am kind of leaning towards Android since i know Java better, however i do have an Iphone, so i would be able to test the applications easier.

So I'm in need of a cheap but reliable 10' tablet for my work. I will be mainly using it to test out software that has to run on 10' screens, so smaller/bigger screens are not an option.

Is pic related a good choice? I bought two chink ones last summer, but the displays for both of them started to stop working after a while.

Anything I can get for less than $150?

It's shit like this that makes the general user base retarded. a a fucking tablet with a detachable keyboard and stylus is not the same as using a full desktop computer. Jesus fucking christ and you have to use the fucking app store for everything. It probably costs like 40$ in apps just to be able to make a fucking digital sketchbook with your fucking notes on 9th grade biology.
