I have skinny wrists.
Has anyone else seen improved upper body gains by incorporating direct forearm work? (both aesthetic and strength) If so, what have you done?
Well, you could climb, but I am assuming you are a gymrat and you will stick out like a sore thumb in a climbing gym, but yeah, just climb.
>t. climbing is my only hobby
>>42462450
my friend's roommate climbs, and swears by it. But I am pound for pound stronger than either on pullups and dips.
And the question isn't whether or not I can climb, it's what upper body gains will I get. Is it worth my time.

Bigger forearms never hurt. Grab a 15lb db and get crackin my dude
What is your excuse for still drinking Sodas?
I just drink to fill the void
Every time I drink one I tell myself that it's the last one.
I guess I'm just spineless.
>>42462259
i sometimes drink a cup when im full as fuck. Burping feels good on a full stomach
He achieved this in two years. If you seriously can't achieve this type of body even when going to the gym like 5-6 days a week then you are seriously doing something wrong.
What's your excuse?
>>42462256
Have you done it OP? Lets see your body.
>>42462305
I haven't done it but this is really inspiring to a fat seanigger like me.
It's funny because I sometimes browse this board and I would occasionally see a thread that says something among the lines like "what's the point, I've been working out for 2-3 years and I see no progress" and then I see people like him come along and it makes me wonder how what are those no progress anons doing wrong or what are they lacking that the Asian guy in the tweet has.
>>42462326
The real problem with the "no progress" crowd is that they never learned to diet to a low bodyfat.
Low bodyfat is 90% of looking good.
There's also no guarantee that the guy in the OP pic is actually big. He probably doesn't even weigh over 160lbs. But anyone can look "big" with a muscle vest and low bodyfat and no other bodies in the picture for reference.
I got the idea from watching Job Venus' meal plans
>>42462249
bruh I don't really like pasta or potatoes so I mainly got my carbs from oats, lentils and rice. It's literally perfect.
>>42462263
this. look into the nutrients of rice and lentils and you'll see why it's preferred to pasta. potatoes are great though

What is the term "nice" a euphemism for? "he was a nice guy" and "yeah that girl was nice". What do people really mean when they say these terms?
Beta cuck
Kidding, it's actually an uninspired statement of approval bordering on ambivalence.
I always describe dull people as "nice"--if someone is actually a kind person I'll say that or something hyperbolic like, "they're the nicest person ever."
>>42462170
It depends on who's saying it. If I say someone's a nice person I legitimately think they're nice with no subtext.
rate my progress guys

So the other day at the gym, I came very close to falling over when squatting. This has long been a fear of mine. As well as stuff like not being able to get the bar up when bench pressing.
I really want a workout plan where I only use (or at least mostly use) dumbbells and machines. When I use dumbbells and machines, I'm more comfortable going to failure without the fear of injuring myself or humiliating myself in the gym.
I know I'm going to get some hate for this, but can anyone help me out.
>>42462057
>going to failure
>gonna make it
Pick one Anon.
sounds like you've got an incurable case of being a little faggot bitch. your best option at this point is to take tons of estrogen, put on a cute little bow and learn to take big dicks in your whore holes.

t-thanks /fit/
I'm a beginner, I've only been lifting for about 3 months and I've been doing PPL.
I've started doing Push + Core, Pull + Legs, rest instead though. Anyone else do this?
Some times I need an extra day of rest on some muscles after a particularly hard day, so I can take a total of 3 rest days a week and still hit everything with high intensity workouts twice a week.
Am I retarded, or is this an okay split?
>>42462036
honestly this is the average sort of girl i wish i had been having one night stands with in college
nothing really noteworthy about her but it would be a good night of feeling like you're normal. i'd almost rather bang her than someone objectively prettier because at that point you're like "ok you're banging me but you're out of my league, what's your angle"
with this girl you're like "ok shes just horny like me, we're both average. cool"
anyway whats this thread about?
>>42462319
She's way above average
>>42462036
that's fine, something like that is probably better for a beginner than PPLx. Push/Pull/Push/Pull/Push/Pull with quads on Push day and hamstrings/glutes on pull day is the best, I think
So I looked into how to get an apollo belt and then I came across this video
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JofS_IPHon4&t=6m39s
I didn't even know you could train in a way to avoid veins that build up in your lower abdominal. Is he right? And how should I train to get an apollo belt without those veins
I have one. I think it's because I did lots of core stability when I was a teenager. All I do now is hanging leg raises
>>42462030
Not OP but I need that sick v-line
>>42462030
i have adonis belt but no abs

DYEL?
I was looking for qtddtot but I'll ask here, I've been lifting for about a month and a half and my body looks a lot better but I have literally not lost one pound. I've even had co workers and friends tell me I look like I've lost weight so what the hell?
>>42462304
>what is body composition changes for 100$
>>42461926
hello red dot
>>42462304
You've lost fat and gained muscle. That's to be expected if you started exercising without reducing calories.
Anyone visit this board less since they started posting in the Daily Discussion threads on /r/bodybuilding? I get so excited when I'm on of the first 50 posts that I often can't think of what to say.
>>42461904
You should honestly kill yourself OP not even joking.
