So the other day at the gym, I came very close to falling over when squatting. This has long been a fear of mine. As well as stuff like not being able to get the bar up when bench pressing.
I really want a workout plan where I only use (or at least mostly use) dumbbells and machines. When I use dumbbells and machines, I'm more comfortable going to failure without the fear of injuring myself or humiliating myself in the gym.
I know I'm going to get some hate for this, but can anyone help me out.

sounds like you've got an incurable case of being a little faggot bitch. your best option at this point is to take tons of estrogen, put on a cute little bow and learn to take big dicks in your whore holes.

You dont need to go to failure to get progress. You can even leave 2 reps in the tank and still get optimal or near optimal gains, just add one extra set.

Falling over forwards?
In that case you need to start training your core and improve your breathing and bracing.

no, it was more sideways. I started to lean over but caught myself with one hand on the safety bar, and then managed to get back up
