It's funny because I sometimes browse this board and I would occasionally see a thread that says something among the lines like "what's the point, I've been working out for 2-3 years and I see no progress" and then I see people like him come along and it makes me wonder how what are those no progress anons doing wrong or what are they lacking that the Asian guy in the tweet has.

The real problem with the "no progress" crowd is that they never learned to diet to a low bodyfat.

Low bodyfat is 90% of looking good.

There's also no guarantee that the guy in the OP pic is actually big. He probably doesn't even weigh over 160lbs. But anyone can look "big" with a muscle vest and low bodyfat and no other bodies in the picture for reference.
