those leg presses have about 2000lbs when it is a gym goer that isn't someone recovering from some sort of ailment. and because of the angle of the machine it is about 70% of the weight. Do you deadlift 1400lbs?

Hey fit Im looking to hop onto a routine and make some serious strength gains and size gains. I've ran stronglifts before(currently doing a upper lower) and my bench and overhead press stalled forever and made no improvement, while my squat went up. I'm wondering if there is any routines that would be good to run to blow through intermediate numbers especially on my upper body lifts. I've been looking into a few, im interested in 5/3/1 BBB but it appears the progression is quite slow and I think I can still squeeze faster progress.

Legs are weird. If you train them twice a week (like PPLPPLx for instance) your legs will be completely out of proportion with your upper body. Is it smart once you've reached a decent size with your legs to stop training them or lower it to 1 day a week or something? Having massive legs is annoying:
