I always describe dull people as "nice"--if someone is actually a kind person I'll say that or something hyperbolic like, "they're the nicest person ever."

If a girl uses it to describe a guy to her female friends, it usually means she wants to fuck him. Its literally the first thing women ask when they reveal they met a new guy - "oo is he nice?" The same way men say "is she hot?"

If she uses it to the guys face, it means she wants to be just friends (friend zone).
