So I'm playing futsal tonight, but I have the urge to fap. Would fapping improve or decrease my performance?

I'm stuck with my current routine and need help.
I live in Nowhere and can't access a proper gym. All I have is a bench,
a pair of 4kg dumbbells
a pair of 2kg dumbbells
and a pair of handles with eight 2.5kg weights
at most I can have the handles fit six weights (15kg) without risking them coming loose
So mostly my progress has just been adding reps and sometimes exercises and not increasing weight. I need help to remedy that.
Also, I lift 4-6 time a week. Do I need more rest days?

I do (not in this order)

30 reps 4 sets calf jumps with weights (10kg each hand)

30 reps 4 sets chest fly on bench (10kg dumbbell)

30 reps 4 sets forearm flexion (4kg dumbbell)

30 reps 4 sets standing bicep curls (10kg dumbbell)

40 reps 4 sets squats (with 4kg dumbbells- only way to keep balance)

30 reps 4 sets one arm dumbbell rows (15kg dumbbell)

20 reps 4 sets lateral raises (4kg dumbbells)

30 reps 4 sets flat bench press (10kg dumbbell)

and push-ups in warm up and sometimes between sets

I have a question /fit/.
Say i workout a muscle group failure right?
Do something like 4x6 and 5th set is til failure.
Then i continue doing the rest of my workout and after i'm done, i come back to the muscle group i did til failure and do the same thing once again.
Wouldn't it theoretically be better because i broke down more muscle because after resting for a bit i can work out again but not to my fullest but i can continue tearing muscles.

Yes, you would be tearing more, but whether that's a good or bad thing is a different story.
If you're natty and work out said muscle group 2 or 3 times a week then you probably don't want to fucking annihilate it since it'll never heal in time for the next workout.
If for whatever reason you're doing a bro split (please don't) then you can go a lot higher on the volume, but the benefits would only be marginal at best unless you're juicing.

Recovery and growth are not the same thing.

You can recover for weeks if you work out hard enough, but you can only grow for 1-2 days (naturally) regardless.
The key to progress is to get enough volume to cause the best growth, and no more.

This is why bodybuilding splits exist, because elite guys need a lot of volume to grow, and thus more recovery time. Its a compromise between growth and recovery, and its also the reason why doing a bodybuilding split as a beginner is retarded, because you don't need that much volume to grow as a beginner.

Read the whole sticky. Start at the gym with what you can actually do, but don't underestimate your strength. Push yourself to the limit. In terms of diet, eat a lot, but make sure you eat clean. No junk food shit all the time. But seriously read the sticky

How do I stop wanting to die when I'm not at the gym?

Being in the gym is the only place where I lose myself in my head and enter my own world. I feel confident and happy. But when I leave it's like I'm thrust back into the same world of loneliness and isolation as before I started getting /fit/. I thought lifting was supposed to make me happier.
