I did it last summer. Not gonna lie it's a lot easier the less you smoke. Drinking a lot of water and using the sauna every other day helped both my tolerance down and lower the "after glow" affect both physically and mentally. Sure as hell helps with bulking.

Rows and chin/pull-ups seem like they should be done at higher reps than 5.

The strength section looks like a ludicrous amount of volume most days. 9 sets of presses that are all going to be hitting triceps, and most hitting front delts? I can't imagine being able to do all of those at weights that'd make it much better than cardio.
Is this for somebody on gear? Or am I just missing something about alternating some of these exercises?

What I feared happened.

I've been going strong at the gym for 4 months. SS program to the letter, even doing powercleans.

My lifts are bitch-made. I'm a 120lbs nerd. And this shit didn't change during the 4 months. I just gained 5lbs, that's it.

Here are my stats:
