Depends where you live.
Cost me around $2,000 to set-up mine ( Australia )

My adjustable bench alone cost me $350. It is certified to hold 525kg max load.
I had a $50 bench, but it was only rated to 150kg max-load, replaced it with the one above for my own safety.

Look up POSE running. It's actually pretty hard not to when you have this form down.
In general your foot/leg shouldn't extend beyond in line with your shoulders, you'll automatically land on your midfoot. Your stride shouldn't be huge.

When I'm calculating my TDEE, what do I put in as activity level? I'm a student so I spend 4-5 hours on my ass, but I also travel 4-5 hours on a bus, and walk a good 40-50 minutes. I lift intensely 4x a week.
