I've lifted for 5 months now. I'm 5'9 18 years old. Here is the progress I've made
>105lbs to 130lbs then slowly back down to 110lbs
>Thats a lb a month in total
>Squat: 44lbs to 115lbs for 3x5
>Bench: 44lbs to 85lbs for 3x5
>DL: 80lbs to 210lbs 1x5
I don't even struggle to eat. I'm actually hungry a lot of the time. When I counted calories I consistently gained but I became obsessive about it.

I'm just going to eat everything in sight from here on in. See you on the other side

The problem with crash dieting is definitely the followup binge. If you already know that you're susceptible to that, it's probably best to not crash diet. Just keep with your healthy, steady cut. One week of progress lost is not gonna kill you m8.

Hey guys, so what would be the minimal diet necessary for life? It's what I want to do to lose weight. So far I have:

>chicken for essential amino acids
>eggs and flax seed for essential fats
>mult-vitamin for trace nutrients

Don't be an idiot. Going well below your TDEE will still fuck with you even if you get what is considered the minimum nutrition.

You can get your protein from chicken, fats from almonds, and carbohyrdates from brown rice. For the vitamins you can simply take a multivitamin. Make sure to drink plenty of water (around a gallon a day).

Since the foods I listed are all very high in content of the stuff they provide, I recommend doing this:

- 40% of your daily caloric intake should come from chicken.
- 40% of your daily caloric intake should come from brown rice.

Left is me, right is what I want to start moving towards. What should I be doing? Is it in the dieting?

I really don't know much about dieting to gain muscle or anything, I just run, lift weights, and do other general workouts and have a pretty healthy diet.

I've been doing a fairly similar workout routine for about two months now and I'e been seeing SOME results but I don't seem to be getting "bigger", just more defined. Any advice is welcome.
