What size dumbbells does someone need to get ripped.
I live on an island with only 400 residents. No gym. Only way to get to a city is by a 2 hour flight. Looking to get some big dumbbells for home work out.

Sounds like you don't eat much fiber. However, based on a quick Google search, high protein usually causes constipation.
With that aside, I doubt your body used anywhere near that many grams to rebuild tissue, so your probably shat it all.

/fit/, I have been struggling with back pain for the last 3 months or so. Did 0 exercise the first two months, thought the pain was gone, but it has returned. I blamed pushing myself too hard, but I haven't even been deadlifting this last month.
pls help /fit/, this shit makes me want to kill myself. The dark red is where I ususally hurt, the light is occasional.
Meant to say I thought I had mpsuhed myself too much on deadlifts, but that doesn't seem to be the case.

i have experience with the light red part.
i noticed it is triggered by 2 things in my case:
1.when i dont work my back for over 4 days
2.when i do repetitive pushing motions like bench press and pushups
pullups did wonder for me and let me get rid of the pain for 3 to 4 days.Maybe try that along with neck stretches and see what happens.
Seconding pullups or rows for the upper part. You don't even have to go all that heavy.
Kettlebell swings also do wonders for my lower back.

Squat.....315
I am going to squat 3 to 4 times a week. My theory is obvious the more you squat the more comfortable and progress you make. I used leg press and other non squat related leg exercise so my legs look decent, but i want to squat heavy fucking weights. Im going to leave humanity behind and curl 8 hours brb

I drink few beers on saturday, lift mon/wed/fri, no impact at all afaik. Just keep your kalories in check and have a good rest aftewards.
I don't feel "good" when I work out.
If working out is supposed to cause an endorphin release, why am i not feeling it? Working out makes me feel like garbage, probably because i am.

So I dropped a bunch of weight by lifting and dieting and have regained most of it back by a binge eating problem the past month... Getting somewhat depressed holding the smaller typical instagram "gym girl" bodies as my ideal. I'm struggling to find any larger/more muscular but not huge chicks with a decent amount of muscle (and not too ripped) as something that's a more attainable goal (that doesn't require me being at a huge deficit) to stalk/put up on my goal wall, as a stepping stone
