It gives you great tendon strength in your forearms, arms, and slightly improves the stability of your shoulders.

I won't say that it improves your flexibility, but a good climber will develop their own flexibility.

Obviously, it will develop the upper back and your affinity for pull motions.

Climbing exercises will give you a decent forearm pump, but won't give them noticeable hypertrophy unless you do a lot of accessory training for climbing. Many climbers have relatively normal sized forearms because they are so small.

Your grip strength from climbing has little carryover to deadlift.

Your functional grip strength will greatly improve if it was weak before.

So /fit/ I am going to choose a martial art. What do you all do?

I have never done one before. I think I am going to choose Karate to focus with at the beginning, may try judo after a year or so. I've heard though that karate is meme, can you confirm this? Will it help me in a street fight situation?

I'm doing stronlifts for some time. Squats, pendlay rows and deadlifts are going really nice, OHP sometimes stalls for few trainings, but then I keep on progressing.

The problem is bench press. I'm doing it allright, because I feel chest after training and there is a person, who is checking out, if I'm doing it allright, so I guess technique is allright too. I eat a lot of kcal (about 3000 a day), so I guess it's not a nutrition problem.

What can I do to progress with bench press faster? What mistakes possibly I'm doing?

My problems started at about 47,5 kg (104 pounds). Made it to 52,5 kg (115 pounds). My bodyweight is 71 kg (156 pounds).

tl;dr - doing strength training and have problems with bench progress. Wat do?
