Anyone here a recovering fat ass with stretch marks? Would you date a girl with stretch marks or tummy-tuck scars?

I'm losing weight and getting fit, but I'm terrified of this loose skin. I'm happy that I can clear a flight of stairs without getting winded now.

Still, I feel like it would all be for nothing with disgusting skin flaps.

Pic related, if my skin doesn't firm up, I might have to go the tummy tuck route.

Does anyone have advice for taking care of skin during weightloss? Or do any of you suffer from getting stretch marks after making gains too fast?

I pull 405 for 4 and I'm near the bottom of my gym by wilks (and not a whole lot better in absolute terms).

I'm on a cut, and lifting is obviously becoming much more difficult, and when I lift I get very light headed. I'm having trouble balancing eating enough to lift and eating little enough to lose weight. Also, since its the holidays, my family keeps bait and switching me into eating unhealthy junk, which is setting back my progress.

My question is, should I kill myself or just numb the excruciating, daily pain of looking at and living in my disgusting body with dangerous amounts of alcohol?

I have been cutting since aug. Lost 60 lbs in total. I feel you breh. However. Feeling like shit is normal, you just gotta use that as a motivation to balance & lift. Eat enough to maintain, if your sodium is way too low you'll feel drained, lethargic etc. Don't go zero carbs, have a few before workout. 2 bananas are a must pre-workout. I find that a couple of "dates" really boost me up pre-workout. Not tinder dates. Sandnigger dates. Goat pre. G'luck

Has anyone else heard about burning calories from being cold? If you google it theres a bunch of shit saying your body burns calories trying to stay warm when you're cold, and it seems pretty reasonable. My question is, would it be worth while to maybe try sleeping in the cold to burn more calories while cutting?

ancient greeks knew this shit too. milo of cronus supposedly drank 8 pints of wine a day, and athletes were discouraged from drinking at all hours of the day, but encouraged to drink lots of wine (it is believable they could have figured out post-exercise booze almost double test levels just from anecdotal evidence.... the guys that drink all day are fat, the guys that drink after working out are swole.. not rocket appliances, really)

i try to avoid wine on rest days, and drink 3-4 glasses post-workout.

if i can't get my hands on booze within an hour after working out, i generally forget about it.

resveratrol is also an amazing molecule
