My squat form is shit and I could use some tips.

I'm still fairly new to lifting, so no bully pls :(

This is a new 4RM (though there is a lot of rest between the reps to catch my breath, so I don't know if it counts as a set of 4) at 275 lbs.

I think my main issue is that I lean forward a bit too much, so it ends up becoming kind of a good morning. How could I fix this? Is there anything else I should try to change?

Someone told me I should try doing some pause squats to help fix my rocking forward. Is this a good idea?

My shoulder flexibility is pretty shit, so low bar really hurts my OHP/bench. I'm trying to work on it with some band dislocates, but for now I'm gonna stick to high bar.

I always walk to buy my grocery's

When i walk back i Farmers Carry my stuff sometimes for ~3 KM to my apartment and bicep curl the bags in between.

Its just maybe 3-4 kg sometimes 5-6 when i buy water per bag but it adds up and in the end it fucking burns.

Why dont you walk and do the same?? Lazy?

I always use the stair stepper machine at the gym.

When I walk on it for 20 minutes at level thirteen I literally cover 2000+ steps/

Its just like walking up a steep incline for a long period of time and in the end it fucking burns.

Why dont you stairstep and do the same?? Lazy?

At a speed of 5.0 km/h, ~3 km*2 = 36 minutes*2 = 72 minutes.

Can we consider what would happen if we take the fucking car? Going at an average urban speed of ~30km/h (this include all the annoyances of finding a parking slot and the like, still 6 times faster) = 72 minutes/6 = 12 minutes. I've saved one hour.

If we consider that in 1 hour you can have a full routine in your local gym:
- car=groceries+full routine at gym
- no car peasant=groceries only w/ some useless ghetto curl using the shopping bags

I haven't really seen much discussion about elevation training masks on /fit/. I'm not an oldfag, but I'm by no means a newfag either.

Pros? Cons? Are they an old meme?

The concept behind them seems legit, but do they actually function, or do you just look like a sperg lord showing up to the gym in one of these things?

They can do more harm than good. Supposed to imitate high altitude or whatever, but you only benefit from high altitude if you live and sleep up high. Has to do with barometric pressure, not how thin the air is.
