Hey /fit/
Help a brother out. It's been my life long dream to become a fireman ever since i was a kid so i need some exercises that can help me make the gains i want so i can pick heavy things up like you guys do.

A little back story about me
i'm 6 foot and 156lbs
ive been running track for 6 years as a sprinter so my legs are pretty strong from natty gainz
but im still mr.skeletal when it comes to the upper body
What would you guys recommend for the job?
any firemen that can throw a recommendation?

Honestly get on a strength routine. I'm a medic on the fire dept and all the young cunt aesthetic faggit can't keep up and all the miles who we responsd to prefer husbando mode. I started SS in high school for a year did Texas method for 2 years now do 5/3/1 BBB for the last 3 years and do judo twice a week too with some strongman shit on Saturdays. Don't be a pussy lift heavy and be the best version of yourself. I'm in Canada so getting on the fire dept and obtaining your EMT license is a bit different. I also was in the military prior as a combat engineer. Point of the story is don't be a bitch and go out and make it fucking happen you kunt

trying out veganism for about 1-2 months for pure giggles and curious about supposed health benefits. Everything going okay-ish except appetite. Hungry af. What can I munch on now and what should I get next time at the supermarket that is very filling? Nuts are great but dont have them atm.

5'10", 72kgs
September 2015 - January 2016.
Started crossfitt-esque classes at work, they get a PT in daily and it's free so why not? Got some fitness and learned form for a couple of key lifts.
From December I have been doing SS, definitely noticing solid gains since I started. Other than that I just do jiu jitsu (Kawaishi)

Yo /fit/ I want to get my fiancé to start lifting again. She did SS while we were in uni and did alot of ballet and gymnastics and debke when we were in high school. She knows the basics like calories in vs calories out and proper form on all the compounds. I was thinking of getting her strong curves she's already got dAt ass and her fat distribution is pretty great overall. Just wanted to hear some females advice

I'm looking to get out of skinnyfat and I'm pretty new to lifting, all I really do is mess around with a 20lb dumbell in my room.

No, creatine does nothing for fat loss, and does not directly cause muscle growth.

If you want to get out of skinny fat I recommend increasing protein intake, reducing carb/fat intake (rice/pasta/candy/bread).

Look online for a body-weight based routine if you dont have access to the gym. you can build a decent physique using push ups, pull ups, 20 lbs dumbbells, body weight squats, and outdoor cardio.
