Okay, after 6 months of bulking I've realized I have no idea how to cut. I know it's basically "eat moar proteion less phat", but how exactly do you do it so you lose fat but keep muscles?
Also, I though I could use speed for cutting (since it's an appetite suppressor and performance enhancer) and just drink several protein shakes (water based) per day.

3x a week deadlifting heavy is pushing it, but you can get away with deadlifting heavy 2x a week if you structure your training around it i think. minimize low back stress, chest support rows, stuff like that.
you will just have underdeveloped quads is all.. probably really underdeveloped, but at least you'll get a big ass
