Push = chest/front & lateral delts/triceps
Pull = back/biceps/rear delts
Legs = legs/posterior chain
>Just because an exercise involves pulling, doesn't mean it belongs on pull day. Divide it accordingly to the correct muscle group. For example, lateral raises belong on push day.
These are just basic rules-of-thumb!
Remember that you are supposed to have fun and enjoy doing your routine, so do the stuff that you enjoy doing!

Same here. I was reading a thread a couple weeks ago about chin-ups vs pull-ups. I've been doing wide grip pull-ups for 2 years and switched to weighted chins and started getting DOMS in my arms and lats for the first time in a while.

It does remove blue lights, reduce a lot, but to a certain point. If you had a shitty monitor (or worse, laptop screen), it will always have a blue cast. Solution: buy a good IPS panel monitor, it's well worth the investment.

I have been going to the gym for about 1 year now and ever since I started I've never been able to squat. I found out that its 2 reasons for this.
1. I have really long femurs and cant balance my squat.
2. I cant seem to get my shins anything more than parallel with my ankles. I cant push my shins any further than that.
Anyone knows what I can do to fix all of this?
