Hey /fit I decided to take care of myself about 2 years ago and have finally gotten near a point where i am happy with myself.
I am , 5'10, 24yo and have cut from 220 lbs of flab to 165 lbs of lean muscle. But i have never been able to lose the love handles.
Ive ran countless hours when the weather is nice, worked my ass off, have a six pack for the first time ever, but i still have love handles!
Does anyone have any suggestions?

The feeling of soreness will be extreme the first time you deadlift but there's no actual harm being done, only beneficial micro tears and regrowth. I know it sounds crazy but just trust us.
If it's really bad pop some ibuprofen, soak in a hot tub, and just try to forget about it.
Keep up the good work though, you're on your way to becoming a ripped boss. Soreness also diminishes a significant amount once you become more experienced in lifting.

My significant other just left out of state to go to college and im having horrible anxiety missing him so I thought I'd somehow combat that with exercise. I have some dumbbells but what i am most used to is just doin pushups situps and running. Does exercise help with anxiety? I dont want to take prozap each time I start freaking out. I have no fucking clue what to do. Im a chubby fuck who would normally watch shit but im going crazy.
Yeah, exercise does wonders for brain chemicals.

Fitness isnt much of a thing. It's more high ability in specific areas. Cryptology, analytics, forensics, interpersonal, etc.

How do I be more confident? I tried and am still trying to fake it but I haven't made it. I've changed my body posture as well but still am not seen as confident. I am also wearing heels to apper slightly taller still no. Grown a beard. I've been lifting for 2 years and still not consider confident. Sure I appear SLIGHTLY less autistic than before but not enough for people to call me a "confident" guy.
Alteast better from how scared i used to be to even talk to people on the phone to ability to casual converse with a person. Still difficult to approach girls.
What are some other tips i should do?

Certified therapist brah here. The path to increasing confidence isn't to try to remake yourself into something that you're not. You've been lifting for two years, and that's a good thing; but you need to find the parts of yourself you enjoy most and project them outward in a confident way. Part of the genesis of confidence is not feeling the need to explain yourself further than telling people what you like to do.

And that's it, there's no reason to apologize to someone else for who you are. Everyone sees pictures of dudes they want to be, but you need to let that go.

Its all in your way of thinking in my opinion, experience doesn't really help. You need the mindset, thought patterns, and general philosophy on life that will make you a more confident person.

OP here, have a general idea of what i eat, and currently clearly been on a surplus, xmas, NYE, GF that likes to eat out.
Is it as bad as people say? I only want to use it for cardio and use weights at home because I heard their free weights suck
Only bad thing about it is there is no bench or squat rack you just gotta use s smith machine
Good place for cardio, shit for everything else. If it works for your fitness goals, do it.
