No. Keep your spine neutral and head aligned.

High bar you'll look straight ahead, low bar your eyeline might dip slightly, but you should never look to the ceiling.

/tit/, my jaw is sore as fuck on one side, looks weird and is causing headaches and tension around temples/neck.
Ive been to doctors he said chew less for a week and if it is sore come back (useless)
chiro said it is stemming from my NECK and i need to throw 400+ away in 8 visits before i see results.
CLEARLY it isnt my neck, my jaw looks dislocated or some shit, and tis making my facial aes. drop rapidly by causing stress lines.
Has anyone experienced anything similar? what can i do and who to go to?

Tfw the only time I'm not miserable and contemplate suicide is when I'm at gym

I've been going to the gym for close to 1 month now. I've been doing pretty well. I've got good form, I'm dieting well and I can already see improvements in my strength and life as a whole is generally improving, I'm just still so self conscious about my weight to the point that it cripples my mental state.

I know some of you have been in the same position that I'm in now, and I know I'll lose weight and gain muscle with time (I reckon 1 year until I feel confident enough to actually start doing thing with friends in real life again).

To those of you who were in a similar situation to me, how long did it take you to start feeling better about yourself?

How long does knee tendonitits take to heal?

im aksing because
