Bros do you have any suggestions for supplements that'll help with weight loss. Barring DNP.
I've lost 45lbs natty but have 25lbs to go and I just want to get it over with so I can actually really start focus on gaining muscle. My friend in college was telling me CLA supplements couldn't hurt but I wasn't sure if she's right, since she doesn't even exercise.

Beginners are never going to get shredded without gear (and that brings its own lot of issues). When you need to build a decent amount of muscle mass AND lose a fair amount of fat, you're not getting to the goal quickly.

Well fit, this is me, over the past few years I've gone through a bit of weight loss. It's still a work in progress, but I'm down about 60 pounds. Unfortunately I've developed some loose skin around my chest... I was hoping for advice or if you guys though i might need surgery. I do pushups every morning to try and tighten it up, and i work out constantly along with cardio. Do you think they will just go away over time or no? Currently im about 6 feet tall, and weigh in at about 205.

That's what I was thinking, I just got a little hopeful because i saw stretch marks underneath, and i noticed they seemed smaller than a couple months ago.
