Reminder that if you're not at least 6ft tall, and with good facial aesthetics, it's just not worth it to lift for girls.
Short guys who lift will be laughed at by women for "over-compensating", so if you're going to lift, do it for yourself.

Eating 3000 cals everyday, pretty much the same food everyday. Program is an upper lower split.
Weight went from 65kg to 70kg and 5'9 manlet status

Bloating belly

Does anyone know how to deal with bloating belly?

I was/am skinnyfat but I dont have much fat left anymore. However I do have a bloated belly.

When I flex I can see my abs, but in a 'relaxed' position I still got something like pic related going on.

I've been trying to do stomach vacuums but they dont seem to be doing the trick.

I was thinking maybe I could wear a corset at home for a few hours a day, eventhough it sounds and probably is gay as fucking fuck, would it help?

What is sibo? And what kind of food could be inflaming my gut? I eat pretty healthy, with the occasional fat snack, which isnt ideal I know but still it isnt really fat, so I doubt eating occasional fat would do this to me.

I mean when I sit I can grab it but I think even the skinniest people can do this. When I stand and flex I can clearly see toned abs, and have people told me that i have a much more toned down body. So i'm guessing fat is not the issue here and its mostly bloating

'Healthy' has a different definition in different contexts.

If your definition of 'healthy' amounts to 'not diseased', then it's a very broad definition, because that does not in any way imply 'stronger than average' or 'above average fitness' in any way.

If however your definition of 'healthy' is 'stronger than average', or 'legitimately an athlete in a competitive sport', then just getting by on a plant-based diet is generally not going to get you what you need or want.

Most people are average or below average fitness and overall strength, and DGAF, they're more focused on surviving as long as possible -- regardless of their overall Quality of Life, or their idea of Quality of Life is far below what an athletic or above-average fitness person calls Quality of Life.

Therefore if all you care about is hanging on as long as possible before dying, then go right ahead and eat whatever low-density foods you want, and move around as little as you can get away with, and take no risks whatsoever. Maybe you'll stay deluded enough to die without actually acknowledging your regrets for the things you never did or even considered doing.

Or you can live your life to the fullest, eat what gives your body the best fuel and building blocks it needs to be strong, fast, and truly fit and healthy, take risks, reap amazing rewards, and die knowing that you actually *lived* instead of just 'surviving'.

Humans have been eating meat for hundreds of thousands of years with no widespread negative health effects, in fact quite the opposite. Meanwhile even strict vegetarians become diseased, cancerous, and die before their time. There are many many more factors involved in longevity than just what you eat, and you can control only a small fraction of them. So you can worry your actual lifetime away about all of them and huddle in your house, afraid of your own shadow, or you can forget all the things you can't control and JUST LIVE.

Choice is yours, OP.

Let's have a tea/general beverages thread. We all know what to eat, but what do you drink to break the monotony of water?
I also wanted to ask some advice. Right now, I drink really strong tea with assloads of caffeine, which can't be good for me. How do you guys brew your tea? I've gotten so used to drinking super strong tea that I don't know what normal tea is like anymore.

I actually bought some the other day and have eaten a couple servings of it. I figured I should start getting some lactobacilus reuteri in my diet, aka probiotics.

There are some studies showing significantly increased testerostone production in rats fed probiotics compared to rats fed a typical diet.
