who /ingrowntoenails/ here? had this shit for like 10 years, visited a shitton of docs, some of 'em kept on removing my shit and it would still grow back badly. at this point I can't run without my nails hurting me and my socks turn red. it's actually fucking with my gains. I'm currently trynna let the nails get long and lift it from below with cotton, but I have not seen much difference yet. how did you get over it /fit/?

Had them for a few years, kept at clipping them every now and then, eventually it turned into a habit and at some point I managed to remove most of them myself.
Probably isnt the most effective method out there, but it worked, havent had a problem with them for years after that.

I clipped the skin at an angle following the nail up and outward in the corner of my toe. Pulled the wound apart every day to make sure it didn't heal closed. Eventually the skin healed normally so that my nails weren't trying to grow through skin.

I hear people talk about taking 500mg for 21 days. After 21 days off does the nerve damage go away? Ive done a lot of cycles over the years and finally tried the 500mg a day for a few days and the heat was no different but notice a slight numbness to my hands and fingers. How bad does the nerve damage get after 21 days of 500mg? I wonder if I should just continue to do one cap a day for the next 2 weeks or never again?

Every 3 months or so, I get intense crippling migranes that last 1~2 days.

They're treatable with over the counter ibuprofen and paracetamol (that's British English for acetaminophen, murrka).

I think they're triggered by general flu/cold illness or by stress.

Anyone else get these?

I get crippling migraines, but OTC medicine doesn't do shit. Can't keep down pills anyways because of nausea.

I tale rizotriptan (Maxalt MLT), but have had far less migraines sense i tried neurofeedback (google it). The process didn't seem like it was doing anything, but i went from getting them once a month to two to three times a year.

Stress will definitely do it. Beer and wine will do it for me. Also, make sure you don't skip meals.

Alright guys, what is the best way you know to prepare chicken breast? Looking for some tips from more experienced guys on this one. Have you found pan cooking or oven baking is the better way to go? How long do you cook it? How can you tell if it is done without a thermometer?

I made some chicken earlier and it was cooked all the way through (so it looked), but the mouth feel was all fucking wrong some how, almost as if it didn't get cooked long enough. It made me fucking gag with every other bite as I chewed. Probably had to do with me thinking that I was eating under cooked chicken.

Normally it wouldn't be a big deal, but I like to make burrito bowls for meals and I had already put the chicken on top of rice, beans, and guacamole. I think I'm gonna have to dump the second one I made out because I already put the chicken on it and that chicken a shit.

If you're pan frying, make sure you use cast iron skillet.

I usually bake mine but I just finished off some delicious chicken breast i beat flat, covered in eggs then flour then eggs then breadcrumbs. I put some slices of fresh mozzarella on them and baked it on a tomato sauce with beans, spices and chickpeas.

You can also stuff them. Chicken is pretty forgiving...

Hello /fit/
I'm 5'9, 90 kg, have shitty face genes (eyes too small are far apart, nigger nose, buck teeth, fat lips, small lower jaw, large pores), large nips, asymmetrical skeletal structure, wide hips, and bow legs. Started lifting 3 years ago, lost access to the gym after 3 months because I moved to a new city for college and the gym would close when I would get free time (after 9 pm) so I'd force myself to do cardio and some calisthenics after 9 pm. Struggled with gains and lowering bf (right now it's 20%+, parents (yeah, I live with my parents, shit doesn't work here as it does in the states or EU, it's fucking complicated) don't allow me to have a proper diet because of our fucking southeast asian bullshit ten-gallons-of-oil-per-serving nigger culture. Above that, penis is barely 5 inches with 4 inch girth (fkin pathetic). Never had a girlfriend, or even a female friend irl for that matter. Some times I wonder if they'd even want to interact with an ugly fuck like me. Still have no access to a gym. I force myself up every morning to workout a little before classes at least 3 times a week so I don't turn into an absolute pile of a useless fat garbage, which I doubt I'm not already.
Just... Fucking lie to me to make me feel better, you guys. I got dealt a crap hand and bitching is the only thing I can do about it.

Should I do a regular deadlift or can I do romanian deadlifts only? I ask because I heard romanian deadlifts work the ass more and I want a bigger butt (n-no homo)

BUT... if I do romanian deadlifts instead of regular deadlifts, will certain parts that a regular deadlift trains not be trained anymore?

My heart is racong since a few months and it often hurts. My doc says nothing's wrong but I'm a bit worried, I'm at like 90bpm at rest, not even fat (used to be at 70bpm), 6'0 79kg.
