Does smoking weed have any effects on my gains/weight loss? Is it a gains goblin? I have heard mixed answers so I'm really not sure what to think.

It's not like I smoke weed very often, but I need to know if it's bad for muh gainz

Meditation is one of the two things that keeps me from dwelling too much on the daily shit I put up with and ending up ventilating my skull. Heavy squats & presses are the other. Getting aware of your breath this way with help shore up your breathing during lifting, and I consider that second only to tension from good form.

I'm partial to hatha yoga, but whatever floats you. Yoga can be a good cooldown, warmup, or general stretching session on rest days (or in the mornings if you're like me and you are almost always lifting daily.

Once you get used to it, weed is empty and alcohol almost as much so. That doesn't stop a lot of people from doing both, but you're not one of those emaciated neo-hippies in a local health food store that smells of cheap pot & rancid body odor

Anyone else here doesn't look their age?

I am 25 and if I clean shave and wear baggy clothing I look straight out of high school. Meanwhile, some people a couple of years younger than me look manly and mean while I couldn't be any less threatening. I have been lifting for years (without serious control of my diet and progress but still noticeable from when I started) but I don't seem to age in the direction I would like it. When someone comments on how I don't look my age, they mention that it's a blessing and that when I'm 40 I'll look way younger, but I'd rather look older and more masculine than look like a bitch when I'm 40.

Should I hop into dat dere trt dose of test for a cycle and see how it affects me? I got tested a couple of years ago and came out in the mid 300s, so doctors refused to take any action on making it optimal.

Start smoking cigarettes and tanning. You'll die sooner, but that's not your main concern anyways.

It's not going to make you look older. Exogenous test might give you acne too, which will make you look even younger.
Lose bodyfat so your face will be more slimmer and you'll look older.

Ok fit I am fucking panicking right now.

I seriously think I am about to die.


I live in Australia and I was just out exercising at my local park using their equipment for exercising. I did this for an hour then went for a run for an hour outside.

Not wanting to dehydrate I made sure to keep drinking constantly by refilling my water bottle.

I have just realised I have consumed nearly 8 litres of water in an hour!!!!


I am fucking very scared right now and I am not sure what to do. It's been very known you can easily die after drinking 6L of water in the span of 3 hours.


I have a headache and I feel a bit swollen in an odd way.

What the hell do I do? I can't call an ambulance. Should I wait it off? WHAT THE FUCK DO I DO?

I have an appointment later this month with my psychiatrist to switch from some antipsys I've been taking for three years to Adderall. I have the OK from my family cosigners, so it's a done deal at this point.

I've never had experiences with Adderall before but uni is starting soon, and trying to keep up a fitness regimen and overall be happy and high functioning has pushed me to start with it. How have your experiences been with it? How did it affect your life, in or out of the gym? Did you get addicted, do you still take it? Every bit of info helps.

It's a very powerful stimulant, similar in structure to meth, it will rob you of your appetite and therefore of any gains. It is completely unnecessary and over prescribed. Prescription medication = never gonna make it. Just get more sleep and eat cleaner, i garantee that will yield better results than taking amphetamines. Coming from a 4 year meth/heroin addict, my life is 10000 times better now that I am completley sober

I need help /fit/
I've never been lean in my life. I fucked up every cut I did by losing a lot of muscle.
I decided to gain muscle and never go on a cut in my life.
What I need to know is what kind of training should I do.
Since the begining, I try to lift as heavy as I can but since I'll eat less and better, I'll probably have less energy.
+ HIT are known to help for fat loss but on the other hand I have to lift heavy to gain muscles mass.

I know about the food I have to stop and start eating. I'm just lost about the training I should do.

I followed the sticky about stretching and looking videos from YT. But I am not gaining any elongation and flexibility in my legs.

I tried static stretching, dynamic stretching, extending time into a posture, etc. But I can't do splits nor spagats yet.

What should I do to have god-tier flexibility and elongation? I want to be able to give high kicks (soon, if possible) and round kicks, but because I'm not seeing any results after six months, I think that there's something wrong (or maybe I really have a shit body for that).
