Weights under the bed, barbell behind the bedroom door, Homegym masterrace.

Just get a chair to do hip thrusts on and you are all set.

Replace bench with floor press, and replace squat with weighted jumping squat (that way you can clean the weight up, but still stay at a low rep range, plus them explosivity gains)

Now you can run most any programming

front squat, bridge (real bridge, pic related), wrestler's bridge (basically pic related but on your head. Use your forehead and put some kind of cushion underneath it) sleep doesn't matter that much since your body goes completely limp.

If you can't do it look up the progression.

Do you look down on skinny beta males and fat people who don't go gym? How can you go through life without being an athlete is beyond me. Someone today actually told me they would rather watch tv shows and study all day as appose to than lifting weights.

Alright /fit/ I'm getting tired of the bruises from deadlifting. This picture was taken 1 or 2 days after I deadlifted last time and I still had bruises this bad. They seem to be getting slightly worse every time and I already use pants that cover all of my legs. What can I do about this? Thanks in advance!

I have this tendinitis here and have had it for a while, and just got a job at the local grocery store to "collect carts". Will this cart job hurt or aggitate or make worse the biceps tendinitis i have here? Because I guess it is a pushing motion is it now? Will this hurt my shoulder if I take the job?
