what techniques should be used to fall asleep quicker?
I want to know.
>>36287894
smoke weed
I take melatonin like 45 minutes before bed. Helps me fall asleep. Combine that with a bed routine and it'll be much better.
Like..Brush teeth, wash face, take out contacts, take melatonin, internet porn, sleep.
This is a picture for a crossfit gym I found on Facebook.

And what is wrong with it?
Benching on the floor while limiting the range of motion has it's own benefits.
And the girl deadlifting hasn't grabbed the bar fully yet, so most likely not in final position anyway
Who /weakasfuck/ here?
>6'3
>170 lbs
>Struggle to bench 95 lbs
Can't get big lifts without having small lifts first for skellies :(
>5'11"
>220 lbs

>bench: 225 for 3 -__-
>dead: 460 for 1
Sucks being weak AND fat cause if I cut I'll just end up back at square one

Why is it considered "below average" to be 5 foot 11 when the average height is 5'10" anyway? Also why judge someone based on height when it is literally out of their control? Pretty pointless and stupid if you ask me.
lol sit down manlet, you're embarrassing yourself. If you're below 6'2" you should give up
>>36285012
>below 6'2"
Take a look of this manlet, you have to be 6'4" to be considered average.
Eyyy had a girl message me on Tinder asking me how tall I was.
Immediate response?

(also its an actually interesting video to watch)

im against mass production farms because it lowers the meat quality.
banning meat consumtion is going from black to white/one extreme to the other.
i would accept to pay more for meat if i know the animals are treated better; had natural daylight cycles, space to move around and food from the enviroment without any additives.
>>36279887
do you think the workers that have to process the little chicks need therapy ?
>>36279918
no, i think humanity needs a big lesson on the side effects of greed and corruption.
those workers are nothing but puppets of a mega industry ruled by a few corporations that dictate the common playground.
the hypocrisy of all this: mainstream (owned by big corporations or friends of them) try to push the blame on the final consumer (as with everything) instead of accepting their first hand influence.
we are just stupid and useful idiots fighting each other instead of fingerpointing the ones who can actually change things.

I'd say achievable natty, but probably not natty, he's a movie star who gets paid millions to look good, and to me he seems like he doesn't know THAT much about lifting

It's like a reverse push-up and you can adjust weight
Joke's on you I do weighted pushups instead!
How many /fitizens smoke?
Are there any real negative effects in regards to lifting if you smoke? I don't mean negative health effects, I know those exist, but any related to lifting specifically?
Do they cause you to be more fatigued?
Do they make you gain weight/lose it?
Pic related, what I smoke, but I wonder if I could be making better progress if I stopped.
What's the point of smoking? It doesn't have any mind altering effects, so what possible benefits do you get for a very much increased chance of death? At least with drugs like marijuana and alcohol you get fucked up in exchange for the risks.
>>36279483
Reduced lung capacity is probably the biggest one, and I've heard some people have a reduced appetite from the nicotine. I don't think it affects muscle synthesis or anything like that though.
>>36279483
How about smoking marijuana?
I've been smoking for the past 12 years. I can also run a mile in 5:30. Do cardio on the reg and you wont have any problems.
>have been cutting on 2 000 calories for two months now
>TFW not losing any fat
REEEEEEEE REEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE REEEEEEEEEEEEE
last time I cut on 2k calories it took me nearly half a year to drop 15-20 pounds.
i honestly dont even think its worth cutting unless you go all OUT on like 1k cals or so. it just takes too god damn long otherwise
