Has anyone managed to fix their forward head posture? I have a pretty long neck so the effect is very pronounced. I've tried various exercises for a few months with no real results. Pls help /fit/

Results are there but they're too small for you to notice. A few months it's nothing. Keep at it. You don't need to exercise constantly, just watch your posture every time you move, when you get up and when you sit down, until you do it without even noticing.

Or don't and give up with another couples of month, I don't care.

Protip that helped me along the road to a better posture:

>it falls if you slouch so you have to pull your shoulders back to keep it in place

Anyone here doing it? I know there have probably been a lot of threads on this subject but it just recenlty got me interested. Did you have any success with it?

You're basically choosing an 8-hour window in which you're allowed to eat and the other 16 you can't eat a single calorie, is that right? Have it currently set up so that I eat from 12.30 until 20.30

yeah thats the standard daily one, I do 20 hour fast and 4 hour eating period and its helping me so far, Ive only just started it about 2 weeks ago though so I can't talk much about that other than stuff I researched which you can do yourself

Yeah, I did it to go from about 85kg to 75kg

It was super easy, took about 2mo, basically dieting on easy mode

It was literally as easy as skipping breakfast, eating lunch at 2, and eating dinner before 10

Gonna piggyback on your thread, OP.

I'm cutting from 20% bodyfat, all the way to 12%. I'll most likely be at it for about 6 months. I'm cutting at 400 cals. Is there any way to prevent or minimize these fuckers? Like, would slowing down my cut to 300 cals deficit help? Or would that just be a useless way of prolonging the hell that is cutting?

hi all i am about to decide to surgically remove a horizontal wisdom tooth that is partially erupted. i am a bit uneasy because it is not giving me any problems now and the dentist have to cut my gums to get to it. any advice from people who went through this, nobody i know got this shit and they cant relate.

Don't let them put you under because that's for children. Takes about 20 minutes of digging in your mouth at MOST. They're slightly more tricky cause how many roots. Your jaw will swell up like that time your uncle slapped his dick across it. Salt water and black tea to stop the bleeding. Let it sit in your mouth for a minute then drool it out. it's going to hurt. i was out of service for a good week. it's gonna look like a shitload of blood but it's only cus it's mixed with your saliva. find a couple good tv shows to binge watch. a week off won't kill your gains but i loaded up on hella protein shakes and mashed potatoes.
