I had a physical check up today and i was diagnosed with a weird heartbeat pattern and borderline blood pressure. Doc advices me to take less protein and reduce amount of exercise until further examination. I thought i was doing well, I thought working out would be healthy. What do I do /fit/?

Would my body kill itself under this kind of daily routine?

>(Wake up at 4pm because night shift)

>(insert martial art here) for an hour or two

>eat big

>workout routine to get banemode
>cardio/bicycling 13 miles daily(also counts as work, so 8hrs or so)

>eat medium

>sleep


I intend to go for the intensity during my fitness routine that I held in boot. I want to shorten the general '1 year result' to 6 months at most.

For reference I'm 5'10" at ~155.

I ate a whole medium pizza from domino's in a moment of weakness and felt so bad about it that I just forced myself to throw up.

When I run, I can run a lot farther, making quick small distance steps. Than longer, slower steps.

Which is the most effective way for burning calories, I generally run after eating a 1500 calorie meal at dinner time.

Do any of you have experience successfully quitting smoking?

I smoke around 2-5 cigarrettes a day, and want to improve my cardiovascular health, as well as the myriad of other benefits that come with quitting.

I've tried a few things like cold turkey and rewarding myself for going consecutive days without smoking, but I can't quite get it to stick.
