Have you ever been lectured from your form at the gym?

Very weird experience at the gym today.
>End of my session 3*5 low-bar squat session
>50-60 year old very skinny (might be a runner) gym user start talking to me
>I remove my headphones
>He says that I will hurt my back very bad and that I am doing something very dangerous
>Starts to tell me that my knees should be in the same direction as my eyes and my back vertical
>"Yes, you are showing me high-bar, I am doing low-bar squat". At this point I should have gone.

I understand that he can know more than me (I am still a novice, my form might not have been perfect- it felt right) and that he was legitimately scared that my spine will break in half but I have a few questions.

1. Do you ever interrupt other guys training or do you let the staff do it?
2. Can someone has a 5 year degree in PT and have never heard of low bar squat?
3. Do you have videos of squatting doctors?

I want to start smoking to deepen my voice - and also to have something to do with my hands when I'm walking around the city.

How can I expect it to impact my gains?

I got some powerlifts as I didnt want to splash the cash for adi powers. I ripped a tendon in my ankle like 5 years ago and its still pretty fucked. Lifting shoes turned squats from a hated exercise to my second favourite (diddy lifts erryday). Would buy again 10/10

After 5 months of low carb dieting, i decided that it's time to return to carbs. Today is my fourth day with carbs and the hunger is killing me, i used to force myself to eat 1300 calories per day when i was on a low carb diet, but now i can barely stop myself from eating when i reach 1500-1700. Is there any way i could stop the hunger? any help would be appreciated

What's better to treat ED - Yohimbine or Cialis?

Tried Tribulus, L-Arginine with Pycnogenol, multivitamins - no effect. Sildenafil and/or Cialis work great, though.

I lift, eat healthy and my test level is 465 ng/dl (16.1355 nmol/L).

I'm on mad bulk. I've been lifting for 7 months, and I'm still stalling at 60kg squat. Insane.

So I decided to eat this shite everyday now that I've finally found what I like to eat in quantities.

For starters, I'm 110lbs at 5'10. 21 years old.

6 egg whites
3 bananas
2 croissants (French dude)
1 pain au chocolat
150g chicken breast
150g rice
125g walnuts
A dose of gainer (roughly 1000kcal)
1 glass of lactose-free milk (or else I get the runs)

>Lunch
Whatever it is on the menu, but probably an average kebab
A glass of milk
125g of nuts
2 broccolis
200g of ground beef
150g rice

>Dinner

500g fromage blanc
100g of mixed oats in it
200g of ground beef
2 carrots
Probably a few more bananas for dat dere potassium


I also supplement Vit. A and Vit. D aswell as Zinc, and I take them whle gulping a healthy dose of olive oil to increase the absorbtion.

So, whaddaya think?
