myprotein.com, their whey isolate is among the purest available, it's relatively inexpensive, tastes good, and doesn't give me the shits

Isolate is whey only, concentrate is mostly whey but has other proteins in it. Get isolate. Don't bother with hydrolyzed either, it's not worth the extra cost over isolate and usually only a small percentage is actually hydrolyzed anyway.
