I think I am fucked. I started my journey to fitness. Was able to do 45 not including bar for 1 set. Can't do it another. Had to go down to 35 able to get those done quick and fast. I am trying to make it. I just don't want to get hurt under the bar since I am the only here. About to do my next 35 set after this post.

So /fit/. I am 14 y/o and recently started lifting weights. I have seen alot of progress on my biceps. All do I only train like 2-3 times a week.

The real question is how i am going to loose the weight. I currenlty weight 141 pounds.
