OP, its not so much the "size" of the mucles but the shape of everything, bone, muscle, cartilage, fat, that make up the face. this includes size of the skull, neck, etc.

in other words, you can "fix" small muscles by working out, and "growing" them, but "growing" your facial muscles, with the exception of the muscles for mastication (jaw) would not necessarily "improve" by growing alone. cheek "bones" for instance

Need help guys, I've been doing SS for around 1 1/2 years now (had many breaks, because I'm a lazy fuck) but recently have been taking lifting a bit more serious again.
Well and I'm hitting a plateau and deloaded twice already - what should I do now?
Switch programs? Texas Method, 531, Greyskull LP, ICF?
Up my calories? Eating around 2000 - 2100 kcal at the moment and am getting enough sleep
171cm, 74kg slightly overweight manlet

Last sucessful sets
112.5 kg 3x5 Squats
47.5 kg 3x5 OHP
67.5 kg 3x5 Bench
130 kg 1x5 Deadlift

Numbers seem pretty low, my goals when starting SS were reaching 1/2/3/4 with it... realistic or nah?

Do you have an AI? If you're going to use arimidex start taking tablets a week or two before starting to pin. I made a mistake and had swell nips 3 weeks in my first cycle (which became a blast). Do enough cardio to diminish side effects of juicing. There are a lot of first cycle reports on /r/steroids.

Today i went for a regular check up my doctor told me i was 5'10 but for about a year i have told everysingle one i was 6ft tall and i never got challenged about my height.
Sure it breaks my heart knowing i am not 6ft tall but everyone believes i am 6ft tall and my license says 6ft tall. In the end there really isnt much of a difference between 6ft and 5'10 to people outside of /fit/

Is it better to run before or after lifting?
How much time before or after? Is there a certain time of day which is physiologically the best?

I run around 8 miles a day (I'm actually really fast, competed in college). But recently I got into lifting as well.

The thing is, if I try to lift after my run I'm really weak. I can't do nearly as many reps and am really shaky and unsteady. If I lift before my run it doesn't really affect my run that much (I'm pretty fucking badass at running). However I worry that the run will be depleting my bloodstream of vital nutrients needed to enrich my muscles in the time they need it most after my workout.

What's the optimum way to do this? And just so you know, obviously I'm not going for super bulky muscle growth here.

i always run after i lift and never have a problem. i don't do it insanely fast, but i usually around 3-5 miles everyday. the only day i don't run is after leg day. usually do incline treadmill walking or something.

Yeah, I had a ct to make sure there was nothing immeidately serious and it was fine. They say it's too soon to do anything but keep waiting but I'm getting really frustrated. I keep thinking it ha to get better soon but I wake everyday and it's the same.
