I never realised how fun sport actually is, im actually having FUN. I get pumped and psyched up as opposed to standing there just to lift things up and put them down and lift them back up, rinse repeat..

Incorporate a lot of spinach/brocolli into your diet. Spinach is better than brocolli in regards to lower carbs, more protein, lower calories, but most people prefer brocolli. Just have a lot of that and you'll be more full with less calories. 23 calories in 100g spinach.

Topkek. IFBBs do "light cardio" every day. They aren't going to have low resting heart rates. If you want a low heartrate, do lots of cardio and keep your BMI below 25 at the very least.

depends on your overall goals. do you want mass? then you're going to want to pick up a barbell. your progression is going to be severely limited with nothing except a 90kg body to throw around.

Just did the maths, myprotein is about ~5% cheaper per gram of protein if you can't get cheap chicken. A kilo of chicken is 15 PLN, I got my whey for ~215 PLN, I think. Dunno where you live, but in Slavland cottage cheese is dirt cheap.

A lot of people don't like the power lifts because the heel compresses; it's designed to be a crossfit shoe where you can run and shit.
Other people don't notice a difference.
Personally if you're really into lifting, get a proper weightlifting shoe. Even the cheapy do wins, baf and wei rui shoes are built solidly.
