Should I be pairing biceps with triceps? I like doing bicep/shoulders and tricep/chest because i do push-ups that target my chest and triceps.

Hey /fit/, I'll cut the story short, I obviously need to hit the gym, but my issue is where to begin and how. Would prefer not to go somewhere public, but rather work out at home.

I'm a 5'11/180cm and about 155lb/70kg, all my life I've been skinny and unable to gain wight, but over the past 12 months I gained a lot of wight and turned somewhat skinny-fat at a age of 25+

yeah, I suggest you don't just rush into this. spend some time thinking about whether or not working out is something you really want to do. if you still feel the same way in 6 months then consider doing some pushups every evening until your chest, shoulders and arms are as big as you want them to be. then switch to situps until you have visible abs. stop before you get too big. nobody likes huge bodybuilders.

So I wanted to loose some weight and gain some muscles but not too much.
Is swimming a good way to do that or should i just go to the gym/running.
And if it is how often and which techniques should i use ?

Hey /fit/
I've been split for the last couple of weeks, if i should bulk or cut .. As i see it there both ups and downs. If i cut to 8% aprox, I will look fresh as fuck this summer, but will not have a decent size, but if i bulk i will not look shredded as fuark but gain size but the cut would take way more effort than if i would go 8% then bulk to 12% gain mass, and then cut down to 8% again in the next cycle.. so what's your opinion, pic related, CB
